Palo Verde Center is located in Blythe, California.
Upon completion, it will house over 2.4 million SF of industrial facilities designed specifically for indoor cannabis cultivation, as well as manufacturing and distribution space for both cannabis and hemp products. Firmus Financial holds a primary equity position in the project accruing at an 18% rate of return.
We are currently scheduled to Close Escrow in the second quarter of 2021, at a price that will bring an estimated windfall of approximately $250,000 to the fund, a portion of which we will likely put into the loss reserve account we maintain to provide a buffer for our investments.
